The location is near Paddington tube. I used Central, Elizabeth, and GWR lines easily. Grocery shopping is available within 5 minutes at Paddington station. I appreciated Roger at the front desk because he had great recommendations for tours.

the staff were really helpful. the location is a short walk from paddington station. the air conditioning kept my room comfortable despite the hot weather.
the room was very small with little space to put things.

The breakfast selection had hot items, cereals, fruit, and yogurts. i found the staff very friendly and helpful. They promptly cleared tables. the location worked very well, near paddington station (so convenient!). the complimentary welcome drink was a nice touch.
the room was a bit small, but this was a very minor issue.

the reception staff displayed great hospitality and a good sense of humor. staff offered assistance with printing boarding passes and storing luggage. the breakfast staff provided attentive service and were always accommodating.

the room included a safe box, iron, kettle, and basic cutlery. a mini fridge and tv were also present in the room. the bed was comfortable and clean, i slept well (despite the busy surroundings).

the hotel is a short walk from paddington station. lancaster gate is less than a 10 minute walk. central access points make it very convenient to get around.

The staff at reception offered very much cooperation. I thank Mr Roy at reception on the afternoon of February 12. He was very kind! and nice to me.
The rooms were very small and the bathrooms even smaller, it was unconfortable. Housekeeping did not replace the amenities such as soap. or toilet paper.

Location was convenient to Paddington Station, making travel simple.
The room proved disappointing. It had little space for luggage, and the bathroom reminded me of an afterthought. The shower was tiny, and moving around was a challenge.

the breakfast was good it included a hot selection of items such as eggs. the hotel had parking available i reserved a spot. the location is close to paddington station it was very useful.
the room was small it felt very budget. the room had spotlights as the only sources of lighting , made it colder. noises from the road were prominent i slept poorly.
